Employment Services Pricing

Employment : 

  • In general we act for NO WIN NO FEE basis 35%.
  • Unless other arrangements are made with you, our fees will be calculated according to the time involved, seniority of the solicitor or legal adviser concerned, and the nature and complexity of the case.
  • In a limited number of situations, we are able to offer quotations and other alternative methods of costing our services. Where this is so, the quotation will override therese terms, but we will always confirm in writing the amount and scope of the quote  given.
  • All of the time we spend is recoded according to activity (inculding letters and telephone calls charges on a time basis) and collated on our computer.
  • If the costs cannot be recovered from the other side, the Claimant have to pay our professional charges as per our hourley rate basis.
  • Representations before the Employment Tribunal for Unfair and Wrongful dismissal claims, our hourley charges as follows:

          Our present fee structure :

          Partner                                                 : £ 400.00 + VAT

          Consultant Solicitor                              : £ 350.00 + VAT

          Solicitor with 5 years experience         : £ 300.00 + VAT

          Assistant Solicitor                                 : £ 200.00 + VAT

          Trainee Solicitor                                   : £ 150.00 + VAT

          Paralegal                                              : £ 125.00 + VAT

Currently VAT rate is 20%. Please note that any disbursements that attracts VAT will be notified to you in your Invoice. 

Likely Disbursements:

       - Court fee

      - Counsel's fee

     -  Expert Witnesses  court attending fees

     -  Any travelling expences for witnesses etc.,

  Key Stages :

  • Obtaining instructions       
  • Instructing Counsel
  • Drafting Letter Before Action/Respond to Letter Before Action
  • Complying with direction given by the Court
  • Preparation for the Court Hearing and attending on client/the Counsel
  • Attending at the Court Hearing
