Consultation fee - any matter limited to one hour - £ 300.00

Starting fee is £500.00 for applications and may increase depending on the circumstances; such as additional applicants, precarious immigration histories etc.,

 

  • Leave to Enter/Remain applications - £ 500.00 - £ 1,500.00 + VAT

The following catrgories are included in the above fee scale:

     - student and work experience visas;

     - visit visa (for tourism, or visiting friends/family);

     - spouse and partners applications, including fiance(e)s or proposed civil partners;

     - application for work, business or study under the Points-Based  System;

     - dependent relative and family reunion applications:

     - ancestry visas;

    - other categories, such as applications on the basis of long residence

  •  Applications for naturalization or registration under the British Nationality Act 1981 - £500.00 - £800.00
  • Applications on behalf of European Economic Area (EEA) nationals and their family members under the applicable EEA Regulations or Immigration Rules, including for applications for permanent residence, resident cards and registration certificates - £800.00 - £ 1,500.00

Appeals   :    

             -  Appeals to the Tribunal              - £1,600.00- £ 2,600.00

           -  Judicial Review   Applications     -  £ 2,600.00         

           - Court of Appeal                              - £ 3,500.00

These fees are exclusive of disbursements; such as Home Office Application fee,  Barrister’s fees, Expert fees, Court fees, Interpreter’s fee  etc.,

Our fees are subject to VAT, which is currently at 20%.  VAT  will be charged on the applicants who have legal status to live in the UK. Further, the applicants are allowed to pay their Home Office Application fees directly to the Home office. Our Costs, VAT and any disbursements identified, are to be paid to the firm at the time of submitting the application.

Generally, the Disbursements,  Home Office Application fee, Court fee and Interpreter's fee are not subject to VAT.

Disbursements included in courier charges, travelling expenses to courts/Home Office/detention centres- about £150-£200

Home Office Application Fees - It depends on the type of application. Please visit Home Office Fee Guide for the amount you have to pay.

Barrister's fees - This also depends on the complexity of the matter. This might be within £600-£1500

Expert fees       - This also depends on the nature of the matter. This might be within £200-£600

Court fees        - Different fee scales are applying for this. Please visit the HMCTS website to check the required court fee

Interpreter's fee - If you are not conversant with the English language, you may get the assistance of an Interpreter's service according to which language you speak. The hourly rate is £150

On average this type of work takes between 3-5 hours to complete. This means that on average costs are between £450-£750.

The exact number of hours it will take depends on the circumstances in your case. Such as:

  • The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider
  • Which language(s) do you speak
  • Whether you are applying with other dependants

If you are able to provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the costs are likely to be at the lower end of this range.
